All payments are non-refundable. Our house is privately owned and we have attempted to make your stay comfortable. Feel free to use all furnishings, games, cutlery, cookware etc. If you use the kitchen, please clean and put away all the utensils and cutlery. The maid is not responsible for this and will charge extra if she has to do this work. Please do not leave excessive sand or garbage inside the house. These are not party houses. There is no smoking allowed in the house and no pets of any kind are allowed except as specified above.
When you arrive, please check-in at the Moonstone Motel at 4849 Pacific Avenue. Their phone is 360-276-4643 Please inspect your accommodations and lets us know if there are any problems. We will make every attempt to fix any appliances or the hot tub if by chance it is not working. Our policy is not to refund monies in these cases. Upon checkin and before keys are handed over, a damage deposit in the form of an imprint of a credit card will be required.
The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Responsibility for accidents, breakages, damage, injuries, stress is solely that of the renters and their guests.
