Located between Destin and Pensacola, Navarre Beach has the beautiful white beaches without the crowds. It is only a three mile stretch of beach that sits between the Gulf Islands National Seashore on the west and Eglin Air Force Base land on the east. It is a classic barrier island beach that is still unspoiled by commercial development. While primarily residential, it is less than 30 minutes away to Pensacola or the Fort Walton and Destin area. Even in the high season of summer there is little congestion on the roads yet plenty to do.

With over 400 feet of Gulf-front and only 106 units, the Navarre Beach Regency is the least congested condominium on Navarre Beach. This affords your family plenty of space as they enjoy the pure white sand beach or the ocean side pool. The Regency also boasts the largest, two bedroom, two bath floor plans on the beach at approximately 1520 square feet.



Our Non-Smoking condo is Gulf-front where the beach and ocean are only steps away. It is located on the second floor overlooking the pool. It is professionally decorated and nicely appointed and furnished. The condo has nine-foot ceilings and doors opening from both the living space and master bedroom onto the balcony. While sitting on the private 30 foot by 8 foot balcony, you will enjoy privacy and breathtaking views of the ocean, beach and surf.
The unit has high-speed, wireless internet, so be sure to bring your computer. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and a whirlpool tub in the private bath. The second bedroom has two double beds and the living area has a queen-size sofa. The condo will sleep eight. There are ample linens and closet space for everyone. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and is equipped with everything you will need to make you feel right at home.

Under all of these scenarios, owner will exercise best efforts to re-rent the property and only charge the difference in the rental amount and associated costs

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
Weekly/Monthly Rental Agreement, 210 REGENCY, Navarre Beach, FL
This agreement is made between Feroz (Fred) Delawalla, hereinafter “Owner”, and ___________________________________hereinafter “Renter”. Owner agrees to rent to Renter the Villa, 210 Regency located at 8525 Gulf Blvd, Navarre, FL 32566 (hereinafter referred to as “rental”), under the following conditions:
Term: This agreement shall commence on __________ and terminate on __________. A weekly rental term shall be for seven days, beginning 4:00 p.m. Saturday and ending at 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. The maximum occupancy of the “rental” shall be 10 persons.
Deposit: A nonrefundable, 50 percent deposit in the amount of $ will be required with signed contract to hold the rental property for the dates requested in the Application. Owner will acknowledge receipt of the deposit by signing this contract and providing a copy as a receipt for the deposit.
Rent: Balance of rent in the amount of $ is due 30 days in advance of occupancy and can be paid by cashiers/registered check, personal/business check or money order. A receipt for this payment will be issued after payment has been received. Any returned checks will be assessed a fee of 10% of the rental amount.
Property Damage: Tenant will be responsible for maintaining the property in good condition as it was rented, any damage to the property willful or due to negligence will be Tenant’s responsibility and Tenant shall reimburse the repairs to Owner upon Demand. Accidents do happen, if damage occurs, please notify the Owner immediately.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee will be assessed in the amount of $80.00
Hold Over: Renter shall deliver possession of residence in good order and repair to Owner upon termination or expiration of this agreement.
Sublet: Renter may not sublet residence or assign this rental agreement without written consent of the Owner.
Right of Access: Owner and his agents shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, Owner or his agent(s) may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the property.
Use: Rental shall be used so as to comply with state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances. Renter shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose or in any manner so as to interfere with other resident’s quiet enjoyment of their residence. Any misuse described above shall result in termination of Rental Agreement and no refund of any payments will be issued. Quiet hours, between 11.00 P.M. and 8 A.M. must be respected.
Property Loss: Owner shall not be liable for damage to renter’s property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
Pets: Animals, birds or pets of any kind shall not be permitted inside the rental unit at any time. The home owner’s association does not allow any pets.
Indemnification: Renter releases Owner from liability for and agrees to indemnify Owner against losses, incurred by Renter as a result of (a) Renter’s failure to fulfill any condition of this agreement; (b) any damage or injury happening in or about rental or premises to renter’s invitees or licensees or such person’s property; (c) Renter’s failure to comply with any requirements imposed by any governmental authority; and (d) any judgment, lien, or other encumbrance filed against renter as a result of renter’s action.
Entire Agreement: This agreement and any attached addendum constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no oral statements shall be binding. It is the intention of the parties herein that if any of this rental agreement is invalid, for any reason, such invalidity shall not void the remainder of the rental agreement.

Failure of Owner to Act: Failure of Owner to insist upon compliance with the terms of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any violation.
ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into “rental” any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. In addition, smoking on premises is not allowed. It is a non-smoking property.
