For example: • At no extra cost we may relocate you to a new accommodation that fulfills your expectations, and get you 20% cash-back off of your next booking with us, or... • We may give you a partial refund (that you consider fair), and still get you a 20% cash-back off of your next booking with us, or... • You may opt to stay somewhere else, get a full refund from us, and, anyway, get 20% cash-back off of your next booking with us.
